Does my practice have a unique invite code?

Yes! Every Amissa practice is assigned a unique invite code that connects patients directly to the correct clinic and care team.

This code ensures:

  • Patient data is securely routed to the right practice

  • Clinicians only see patients connected to their organization

  • Patients can easily link their app account to your clinic

Each invite code is specific to your organization and should not be shared across practices.


Where can clinicians find their practice’s invite code?

Clinicians and staff can find their practice’s invite code directly in the Amissa platform.

You’ll see it:

  • Next to the Invite Patient(s) button

  • Inside the Pending Invitations section

  • Included automatically in any patient invitation email sent from Amissa

If a patient asks for your code, you can copy it from the platform and share it with them.


Where do patients find their invite code?

Patients usually don’t need to go searching—Amissa includes the invite code automatically when your practice sends them an invitation.

Patients can find their code:

  • In their invitation email from your clinic

  • In onboarding instructions you send

  • From your care team directly, if needed

When patients download the Amissa app, they can enter this code to connect their account to your practice.


What is the invite code used for?

The invite code allows patients to securely link their Amissa app to your clinic.

Patients enter the code when:

  • Creating their account in the app

  • Accepting an invitation from your practice

  • Completing onboarding for the first time

Once entered, their information is routed to your organization so clinicians can view assessments, symptoms, and visit-ready insights.


What should I do if a patient can’t find their code?

If a patient can’t locate their code:

  1. Check whether they have a pending invitation in Amissa

  2. Resend the invitation if needed

  3. Share the code directly from your dashboard
