How do I manage patient appointments and follow-ups via Amissa?

Amissa helps providers stay on top of patient care by making it easier to track appointments and follow-up needs.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Amissa clinician account.

  2. Go to the Patient Dashboard. Select the patient you’d like to review.

  3. Open the Appointments or Follow-ups section.

  4. View upcoming and past visits. You’ll see scheduled appointments as well as a record of completed ones.

  5. Add a follow-up note or task. You can create reminders tied to specific patients for check-ins, lab reviews, or care plan updates.

  6. Set notification preferences. Choose how you want to be alerted—either through Amissa’s in-app reminders or your integrated scheduling system.
