If you’ve created your Amissa account but don’t see your provider connected, a few quick steps can help.

Steps to connect with your provider

  1. Check your email invitation.

    • Your provider should have sent you an invitation email from Amissa.

    • Open the email and follow the link to join their practice in the app.

  2. Verify your account setup.

    • Make sure you signed up with the same email address that your provider used to invite you.

    • If you used a different email, ask your provider to resend the invitation.

  3. Log into the app.

    • After accepting the invitation, log into the Amissa app.

    • You should now see your provider listed in your dashboard.

  4. Confirm with your provider.

    • If you still don’t see the connection, ask your provider to check their dashboard to make sure the invite went through.

Helpful Details

  • Patients cannot manually add a provider—your provider must send you the invitation.

  • Invitations expire after a certain period; if it’s been a while, ask your provider to send a new one.

  • Once connected, your provider can view your symptom logs, wearable data, and other information you’ve agreed to share.
