How do you reset a password?

If you forget your password or want to create a new one, you can reset it directly from the Amissa app.

Steps

Resetting from the login screen

  1. Open the Amissa app on your iPhone.

  2. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Amissa account.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.

  5. Tap the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

  6. Return to the Amissa app and log in with your new password.

Resetting from inside the app

  1. Log in to the Amissa app.

  2. Go to Settings > Account.

  3. Tap Change Password.

  4. Enter your current password, then your new one.

  5. Confirm the change and log in again if prompted.

Helpful Details

  • If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Passwords must meet the security requirements shown in the app.

  • You’ll need an internet or cellular connection to reset your password.
